-fry onions in oil and pig fat mixed with garlic and parsley
-add horse meat (one burger for each people)
- cook slowly for fifteen minutes
-add white wine or broth with salt and pepper
- cook slowly for one hour
- add tomatoes and sliced peppers
-cook  slowly half an hour more
- add basil and sliced garlic
- cook slowly for fifteen minutes
it is ready to serve!
