Polcevera valley "corzetti"

*

- cook the corzetti for 20 minutes in plentiful salted waters

- in a frying pan  mix 70 grams of pine-seeds , ,majoran and bread softened  in milk

- fry all and add vegetable broth and 100 grams cut olives

- add  corzetti and complete cooking in the frying pan

- add grated parmisan cheese, salt and tomato paste for the color
